Why did I develop this program?
After receiving many inquiries for my 1-on-1 Personal Coaching, I realized that many younger athletes didn’t have the funds for 1-on-1 coaching, and couldn’t commit fully to a 1-on-1 program.
I wanted to create a more affordable product/service to help more people.
Where can you start?
There are three different levels to this program: beginner, intermediate & expert. Please see the product description for which level I recommend for you.
Please be cautious with choosing your level and don’t think you are an expert too quickly. It will do you more harm than good!
All programs come with a 74 page Free Cookbook with 68 of my favorite recipes.
I know if you’re working this hard; you’ll need to be eating well also!

    I first got Eric’s bodyweight program because I knew I would not have access to a gym for 3 weeks. So I started the program and after 3 weeks I was hooked. Even when I regained access to a gym, I continued the program with 100% commitment and discipline.

    For me there are two great strengths with this program, convenience and impact.

    With this program you literally have no excuses not to do it(other than injury), it is possible to do anywhere because it includes no equipment and with focus and efficiency it can be done in under one hour. When I did not have a gym I would do the workout in my bedroom or the front yard. Amazing convenience, but can also be done properly in a gym setting.

    The second great benefit was impact. By impact I mean how its changing my performance on the pitch. I feel extremely mobile and my movement is more fluid. My agility and explosiveness improved and keeps improving. Overall it makes you much more athletic assuming you put full intensity into the work.

    Of course the program is great but it does not do much without proper nutrition and lifestyle out of the gym. I recommend doing other activity as well as the program, for me it is football. You need to be eating properly which you can learn all about from RicFit. As long as you stay disciplined and committed to 3 times a week and stick to a healthy lifestyle, you’re good.

    I recommend this program for anyone looking to improve themselves. Specifically it is great for athletes in season where weights might put too much stress on your muscles. Also great for beginners to fitness to build a solid foundation.

    Outside of the program, Eric is very helpful if you ask him directly on social media, and almost any advice can be found on his social media.

    Without a doubt I would buy this program if you cant afford his personal coaching service.

    When i first began with the program I knew that nothing will be easy and if I really want to see results I have to be consistent with my training but also with my nutrition.
    You have to make sure that you are eating the healthiest you can because nutrition plays a big role when it comes to build a better body and overall health. On Ric Fit Instagram page you can see everything you want. From training tips, to recovery, to mentally strength and nutrition and much more.
    If you cant afford the 1 on 1 online coaching i would highly recommend this 8 week program. It will really help you and the program is well structured.

    You have to just stay consistent!

    I personally love this 8 – week program because not only I’m on lockdown but building muscle and strength coming back to training will improve my game, it is organised and shows how the exercises work. Even
    from getting all the workouts , meals etc from Ric Fits Instagram page I think this is definitely gonna make your even better however you still need a nutritional diet with that because it helps with your progression and you feel much better I promise you that. Amazing body weight program . If you really want to succeed and want to be a winner I recommend getting this program because it not only allows you to progress but it shows how nutrition and diet is so important.
    Patience and Consistency is the best !

    8 Weeks Of Life Changing Experience. Changed from practically little muscle, to absolute machine. Not Only was it affordable, it was football specific and also injury prevention. I would recommend this product to anyone. Amazing how this is only bodyweight program and only last for 8 weeks (I’m going to keep going and adding sets and reps) and massive changes occur . Plus the free cookbook, wow. Guaranteed results. The meals are amazing, full filling and tasty. Not only does it have breakfast, it also had a wide range of breakfast, lunch/dinner ideas.     8 Weeks and guess what? A new life has developed, from nutrition to building strength to quality training and sleep. I cannot thank you Eric for this program. Not only has it built strength, it also has helped me with injury prevention and this is very football specific. Combine this and the training. Bro you already know how amazing this will be. Not only has he gave you this program, he also gave a free cookbook, absolutely amazing, delicious foods that are very healthy for us. Only 8 weeks and my life has changed from having little muscle to having a machine. Also developed a good core set from the core finishes. Very beneficial in football scenarios.     RicFit had just hit 100k on Instagram and was doing a giveaway of his 8 week program and his cookbook to seven people. I entered in the giveaway but I didn’t think I would win until I woke up one morning to find out he had contacted me to tell me I was one of the seven people won and will be giving me the 8 week program and cookbook. Amazingly, he gave me the eight week program literally EIGHT WEEKS before the start of my high school varsity football team season. I knew that if I wanted to hit my targets of scoring ten goals and playing a lot as a winger I would have to stay disciplined to this. I knew that if I had any chance of having a great season I would have to sacrifice any distractions I had to stay committed just like I have been doing ever since I learned about the beautiful game. So for the next eight weeks I would train twice a day 5 days a week while adding this workout in, I didn’t miss not one workout ,not one training simply because I want to reach the top one day.Fast forward to Friday, August 20,2021 , and I just finished the last workout. The season starts August 23rd and I know that because of the work I put in I can hit and achieve my targets. So blessed to be a part of the seven people that won the giveaway, I would like to thank Eric for this amazing idea of making an 8 week program for people like me who couldn’t afford the online coaching, I recommend this for anyone who is looking to also have a great season or to stay fit, thank you so much Eric , Stay blessed my bro 🙏❤️
