Dragan Stojkov
Head of International Scouting
Former 21 Year Professional Player
Dragan Stojkov is a former professional midfielder and international scout with over two decades of experience across North America, Asia, and Europe.
His career included professional experience in the United States with LA Galaxy II, Indy Eleven, and Saint Louis FC, giving him direct insight into the American player pathway, the USL environment, and what U.S.-based players need to succeed internationally.
After his time in the United States, Stojkov also competed in South Korea, one of Asia’s most demanding football markets, before building a strong career in Serbia and North Macedonia. In Serbia, he represented FK Jagodina, where he won the Serbian Cup and competed in UEFA Europa League qualification. He later continued in North Macedonia, including with Makedonija Gjorče Petrov, where he added another domestic cup title to his career.
Across 21 years as a professional player, Stojkov experienced multiple football cultures, recruitment systems, and player development environments. That background gives him a rare ability to evaluate players not only by talent, but by mentality, adaptability, professionalism, and readiness for international football.
Today, Stojkov works with RicFit’s scouting and recruitment network, helping identify undervalued players, profile talent, and create international opportunities for players seeking the next step in their careers.
His experience in the United States, South Korea, Serbia, and North Macedonia gives RicFit players access to a global football perspective built from real professional experience.
Tobias Moll

Tobi is an international football scout specializing in talent identification, player evaluation, and recruitment across multiple football markets.
Fluent in German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Tobi brings a truly global perspective to the scouting process. His ability to communicate across different cultures and football environments allows him to build strong relationships with players, coaches, agents, and clubs throughout Europe and beyond.
With a passion for discovering overlooked talent, Tobi focuses on identifying high-potential players and providing objective, detailed assessments of their technical, tactical, physical, and mental attributes. His scouting philosophy goes beyond statistics and highlights, emphasizing a player’s long-term potential, adaptability, professionalism, and suitability for specific football environments.
As part of RicFit’s scouting network, Tobi plays an important role in evaluating talent across international markets and helping connect ambitious players with opportunities to advance their careers. His analytical approach and attention to detail help ensure that players are assessed through a comprehensive lens, giving clubs a clear understanding of both current ability and future potential.

Björn Lipfert

Björn Lipfert is a professional football coach, academy mentor, and represented coach within the RicFit agency network, bringing extensive experience in player development, talent identification, and elite youth football.
Throughout his coaching career, Lipfert has worked across both Germany and Latvia, gaining valuable experience in professional football environments and helping develop players at various stages of their careers. His journey includes coaching roles in Latvia’s second division before returning to Germany, where he continued his work in professional football and high-level player development. His experience spans both senior football and academy leadership, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of what clubs look for when recruiting and developing players.
As a coach, Lipfert has spent years evaluating talent, building teams, and making decisions on which players are ready to progress to the next level. This experience gives him a unique perspective on the qualities that separate talented players from those who earn opportunities in professional environments.
At RicFit, Björn serves as a mentor and coach for ambitious players pursuing the professional game. Drawing on his experience inside professional clubs and academy systems, he helps players understand exactly what coaches, scouts, and sporting directors are looking for beyond technical ability alone.
His mentorship focuses on the areas that often determine whether a player succeeds or gets overlooked: professionalism, mentality, consistency, communication, decision-making, and the ability to contribute within a team environment.
In addition to his mentorship role, Björn is represented by the RicFit agency team as part of our coaching network. This close working relationship allows RicFit players to gain direct access to insights from an active professional coach while also strengthening our connections throughout the European football landscape.
Having worked on the side of the coach responsible for selecting players, Lipfert provides RicFit athletes with direct insight into the standards, expectations, and behaviors required to earn opportunities at the professional level.
Matt Feiden

Matt Feiden is a FIFA Licensed Football Agent and strategic advisor whose background combines elite leadership, business expertise, and high-performance decision-making at the highest levels.
Matt began his professional journey at the United States Military Academy at West Point, one of the world’s most respected leadership institutions, where he earned his undergraduate degree and developed the foundations of leadership, discipline, and accountability. He subsequently served as an officer in the United States Army, leading teams in high-pressure environments where performance, adaptability, and decision-making carried significant consequences.
Following his military service, Matt earned his MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business before joining Monitor Deloitte, where he advised Fortune 500 companies and senior executives on strategy, growth, and operational performance. He later transitioned into venture capital as an Operations Director, helping build and scale businesses while working closely with founders and leadership teams to drive long-term success.
Alongside his professional accomplishments, Matt competed as a Division I collegiate athlete, giving him first-hand experience of the dedication, sacrifice, and competitive mindset required to perform at an elite level.
Today, Matt brings this unique combination of leadership, business strategy, negotiation, and athletic experience into football representation. As a FIFA Licensed Football Agent, he works closely with players to build long-term career strategies, identify opportunities, navigate complex decisions, and maximize value both on and off the pitch.
Rather than focusing solely on transfers, Matt approaches player representation through the lens of long-term career development. His experience advising executives, leading teams, and scaling organizations allows him to provide players with strategic guidance that extends beyond football and prepares them for sustained success throughout their careers.

Luka Matković
Head of the Balkans Scout
Former Professional Player in Croatia
Luka Matković is a former Croatian professional footballer and scout with extensive experience throughout the Croatian football system.
As a left-footed central defender, Matković spent the majority of his career competing in Croatia’s professional and semi-professional football structure, gaining first-hand experience of the player development pathway from academy football to senior competition. His career included multiple seasons with NK Zrinski Jurjevac (later NK Zrinski Osječko), where he was part of one of Croatia’s most ambitious football projects and competed within the Croatian second-tier environment.
Having spent years inside Croatian football, Matković developed a deep understanding of player progression, recruitment standards, dressing-room culture, and the qualities required to succeed at professional level. His experience allows him to evaluate players beyond technical ability alone, identifying the mentality, consistency, and professionalism required to advance through the football pyramid.
Today, Matković works within RicFit’s scouting network, helping identify promising talent, assess player potential, and support recruitment initiatives across Europe.
His practical experience as a professional footballer, combined with his understanding of the Croatian development system, provides RicFit players with valuable insight into what clubs look for when evaluating and recruiting players.

Daniel Gavigan
Head of Strength & Conditioning
Daniel Gavigan is RicFit’s Head of Strength & Conditioning, specializing in athletic performance, speed development, strength training, injury prevention, and long-term athlete development.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Daniel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fitness Development from SUNY Cortland, where he built a strong foundation in exercise science, strength and conditioning, and performance training.
Following graduation, Daniel gained valuable coaching experience in Europe before returning to the United States to work with athletes of all ages and levels at T3 Performance. There, he specialized in helping athletes improve strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance through evidence-based training systems and individualized development plans.
Throughout his coaching career, Daniel has worked with hundreds of athletes both in person and online, helping players improve their physical performance and reach higher levels of competition. Several athletes he has worked with have progressed to the professional level, while many others have earned opportunities within elite academies, collegiate programs, and high-performance environments.
Over the years, Daniel has helped athletes build the physical foundation required to perform at their highest level while reducing injury risk and improving long-term durability. His coaching philosophy centers around developing complete athletes who are not only stronger and faster, but also more resilient, confident, and prepared for the demands of high-level competition.
As a key member of the RicFit team, Daniel works directly with players to develop the physical qualities required to compete in the modern game. His programs focus on building explosive power, acceleration, speed, strength, conditioning, and athleticism that translate directly onto the football pitch.
Beyond physical development, Daniel is passionate about helping players build the discipline, consistency, and habits required for long-term success. His mission is to help every RicFit athlete become the strongest, fastest, and most athletic version of themselves while creating a foundation for success both on and off the field.

Dawid Pawlowicz

Dawid is a football scout and UEFA B Licensed coach whose experience spans playing, coaching, and player development across multiple European football environments.
During his playing career, Dawid competed in Ireland, Poland, and Cyprus, gaining first-hand experience of different football cultures, development pathways, and competitive environments. His journey through various levels of the game provided him with a practical understanding of the challenges players face while pursuing professional opportunities.
Alongside his playing career, Dawid earned his UEFA B Coaching License and worked with academy players across Poland, developing a strong foundation in player development, talent assessment, and long-term progression. His experience working with players of different ages and abilities helped him develop a detailed understanding of what separates promising prospects from players capable of succeeding at the professional level.
Having also worked closely with RicFit from a player development perspective, Dawid gained valuable insight into the recruitment process, player preparation, and the qualities clubs look for when identifying talent.
Today, Dawid works within RicFit’s scouting network, specializing in talent identification, player profiling, and connecting ambitious players with opportunities to advance their careers. His combination of playing, coaching, and scouting experience allows him to evaluate players from multiple perspectives while helping clubs identify driven individuals capable of contributing both on and off the pitch.

Emiliano Arroyo

Emiliano is a key member of the RicFit team whose journey reflects the values and principles that the company teaches every player.
Originally from Mexico and raised in the United States, Emiliano joined RicFit as a player at just 15 years old with the dream of pursuing a professional football career. Like many aspiring players, he faced challenges both on and off the field, but he committed himself fully to the process of becoming the best version of himself.
To invest in his development, Emiliano worked early-morning shifts at a local gas station, often starting work at 5 a.m. while continuing to train, learn, and improve every day. Throughout his years as a RicFit client, he consistently demonstrated exceptional discipline, professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.
As a player, Emiliano earned an opportunity to trial with a club in Latvia’s second division, gaining valuable experience inside a professional football environment. While his football journey opened important doors, it was his character and work ethic that ultimately stood out the most.
Over time, Ric recognized qualities in Emiliano that extended far beyond the pitch. Whether through his communication, leadership, reliability, or willingness to take ownership, he continually proved himself to be someone who could create value for others and contribute to a larger mission.
When RicFit began expanding, Emiliano was offered the opportunity to join the organization full-time. He accepted, believing he could make an even greater impact by helping other players pursue their goals and build successful futures through football.
Today, Emiliano plays an important role within RicFit’s operations and player support systems. Having experienced the journey firsthand, he understands exactly what it takes to pursue ambitious goals and overcome obstacles along the way.
His story serves as a reminder that the habits required to succeed in football; discipline, consistency, accountability, and professionalism, create opportunities far beyond the game itself.
Tian Marsel
Former Semi-Pro Player in Slovenia
Chief Marketing Officer & Slovenian Scout
Tian Marsel is a key member of the RicFit team whose journey reflects the long-term impact that football can have beyond the pitch.
Originally from Slovenia, Tian began following RicFit at just 12 years old and spent the next eight years developing as both a player and a person through the principles of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement. During that time, he established himself as a high-level youth player within the Slovenian football system and worked relentlessly toward the goal of becoming a professional footballer.
As part of his development journey, Tian worked closely with RicFit and earned opportunities that brought him closer to the professional game. He was offered a professional contract while developing as a player and later earned a trial opportunity in Sweden through RicFit. Following a successful trial, the club expressed interest in offering him a contract and continuing his playing career at the professional level.
However, throughout his football journey, Tian discovered another passion: storytelling, marketing, and helping overlooked players gain opportunities in the game. He became increasingly fascinated by the power of media and how the right message could inspire players, create opportunities, and change careers.
Faced with a unique decision between pursuing a professional playing contract or helping build a platform capable of impacting thousands of footballers worldwide, Tian chose to join RicFit full-time.
Today, Tian plays a central role in RicFit’s content, marketing, scouting, and player recruitment operations. Through his work, he helps tell the stories of overlooked footballers, increase player visibility, and educate aspiring professionals on what it takes to succeed in the modern game.
Alongside his media responsibilities, Tian serves as RicFit’s scout in Slovenia, helping identify emerging Slovenian talent while also assisting American and Canadian players seeking opportunities within the Slovenian football system. His understanding of both markets allows him to bridge the gap between ambitious North American players and clubs throughout the region.
Having spent nearly a decade immersed in the RicFit ecosystem, Tian combines the perspective of a serious player, scout, and storyteller. Jukka Helin
Estonia/Finland Scout
Jukka Helin has worked in Finland as a Video Analyst and Opposition Analyst, delivering detailed tactical and performance evaluations at both team and individual levels.
He has conducted structured team analyses identifying key areas for reinforcement and profiling the type of player required to strengthen specific tactical needs.
In addition, he has acted as a scouting consultant, advising on player recruitment across Scandinavia, the Baltics, and the MLS market.
He holds the Finnish FA Video Analyst certification and has completed multiple PFSA qualifications, including Talent Identification, Opposition Analysis, Technical Scouting, Performance Analysis, and Data Analysis (Levels 1 & 2).
Eero Pietilä

Eero Pietilä is a football scout with a strong passion for talent identification, player evaluation, and long-term player development.
Driven by the belief that every player has a unique pathway, Eero focuses on understanding the complete picture behind each athlete. Rather than relying solely on highlights or statistics, he evaluates players through their technical qualities, decision-making, mentality, work ethic, and potential for future growth.
His scouting approach is built around the idea that the right environment can unlock a player’s true potential. By identifying both current ability and future upside, he helps uncover talented players who may be overlooked by traditional recruitment processes.
As part of RicFit’s scouting network, Eero specializes in player profiling, talent identification, and supporting recruitment decisions.
