With Eric being so good at understanding fitness and what it takes to get an athlete to perform, he also understands key aspects to unlocking your genetic potential with his holistic approach to training. Whether it be nutrition, meditation, sleep, morning and nightly routines, he knows that what you do off the pitch is as important if not more important than what you do on the pitch. He is the ultimate trainer. He will get you right no matter what area of your life you are looking to improve.
At the end of his training I feel so much more confident on the pitch and in life. I have gotten stronger, more consistent, become a better footballer, and the most important thing is that Eric has taught me how to get better at getting better. My long-time dream has always been to become a professional football player, and I’ve been working on that goal for many years but felt a bit lost in how to do so, what to eat, and how to recover in the best way possible. I wanted to leave no stone unturned and feel like I have given football my best shot, no matter what the outcomes were.
Eric came across as a very knowledgeable coach and, as a footballing professional himself, I knew he had the understanding of what was required to take my game to the next level.
I came to RicFit with the goal of becoming an overall better athlete and football player and improve my understanding of the work necessary outside of the football pitch.
After working with Eric for about 11 months, I can certainly say that it was a worthwhile investment, and I have improved in many aspects.
Eric helped me with programming gym workouts, speed, power and agility work, ball work sessions, and injury prehab based on what I needed for my position and previous injuries.
The workouts were often both mentally and physically demanding and truly required a serious commitment considering all that he programmed for me.
The programs were very well adapted based on where I was in the season and how I felt physically, and he was always very good at communicating the purpose of everything that we did.
For each exercise, there was a thorough video explanation, and if I had any questions regarding anything, he was very easy to communicate with.
The workouts were often fun, but I have also become better during this time.
I always showed up on the days even when I did not feel like working out and being consistent about putting the work in.
Eric takes a very holistic approach to coaching and the game and also gave great insight and strategies for my nutrition, sleep, the mental side of football, recovery, and overall tips to just feel better and achieve more in general.
I have implemented a lot of these things he taught me and made them habits in my daily life, which has improved my productivity and overall energy.
I have also seen some great progress physically by becoming leaner while still packing on some muscle mass. I have become stronger and more powerful on the pitch and feel like an overall better athlete.
I also improved my YoYo 2 test score from 19.2 to 21.1 during the time we worked together.
Even though that was never a main objective, it is always good to have greater stamina, no matter the position.
In terms of football, the ball work plans really helped improve my passing and distribution, which was one of the weakest aspects of my game, and now, I feel a lot more confident on the ball.
Last season I also remained injury-free apart from one small groin issue that, with Eric’s help, only needed a week to recover from.
Even though the season did not go as well as I had hoped for in terms of my own performance or the team’s results, I gained tons of new experience. I played in front of a crowd of over 2500 people on one occasion.
I ended up playing 18 games in the league in the third highest tier in Sweden and 30 games total in all competitions, which is the most I have played in many years and also the highest level I have played at.
As a coach, Eric is also very detail-oriented and was very consistent with check-ins to see how I was doing and how everything was going and progressing for me.
He certainly sets a great example himself in how he leads himself and his company.
Apart from that, he is a really good guy and has become a good friend.
I can certainly recommend players that are really serious about their footballing careers to work with Eric, no matter the position or age he will be able to adapt to your needs and goals.

I also chose to work with Eric because of his background as a footballer who understands the demands of traveling the world while maintaining peak performance. My travels between Europe and the US have been mentally challenging, but Eric, with his personal experience, has been fully adaptable based on the resources I had available.
Throughout this process, Ric has been in constant communication with me. I’ve learned a great deal about my body, its recovery needs, and how much further I can push myself. The workouts have been challenging, and working together for over 6 months allowed us to really focus on building my body up through specific phases. The emphasis on nutrition, mindfulness, sleep, and overall well-being truly sets Eric apart from most online trainers. I’ve become more mindful about my food, a change I credit largely to Eric’s guidance.
Overall, I went from 194 to 187 pounds and feel leaner, stronger, and better than ever in terms of movement and playing. Recovery has been a key aspect, especially with a few minor injuries I’ve encountered. Eric worked with me on rehabilitating those injuries while adapting and still progressing in my workouts.

I came to Ric because I’d been following him on Instagram for some months, and for me, it was important to find someone who had a football background. I wanted to take the next step in my career and invest in my body. My goal was to get stronger and leaner on the pitch, but the main goal was to get a contract with a division 1 team in Sweden.
After working with Ric for over 6 months, I learned a lot about my body. But the most important of all was that Ric gave me my confidence back.
We worked together for 6 months, which I recommend to everyone, because you can start from the beginning and go through a couple of excellent phases that helped me improve a lot. He helped me with nutrition, recovery, and mindfulness.
I went from 86 to 81 kilos and felt leaner, stronger, and better than ever in terms of movement and playing. I also reduced my body fat from 16% to 9%. And yes, of course, I got the contract with the division 1 club and played my best football in the first half of 2021. I thank Ric for that!

The program that he provides for you is specifically tailored to you and your goals, and it’s one of the main reasons I grew so much not only as an athlete but off the field as well.
Eric lays out all the workouts and makes it easy for you to read them and simply go out and implement them in the gym and/or field.
He is very supportive and makes sure you understand the workouts, checks in with you every single week, and is always willing to get on a call to discuss more. Eric is very communicative, and not only does he check in with you as a trainer but as a friend, he really cares for his clients and goes above and beyond to develop a friendship with them.
He provides so much educational information as well. Not only within the workouts, but about the key role that nutrition plays in this process. Before I started working with Eric, I struggled to know what to eat and when to eat it, but he educated me on the best foods to fuel my body with, when I should eat certain foods, and just overall helped me build a good relationship with food where I’m still enjoying ‘sweets’ but in moderation.
He helped me develop healthier habits such as incorporating reading books, listening to podcasts, journaling, and planning out my day’s first thing in the morning.
These habits are all game changers and have helped me become mentally stronger, and I have been able to incorporate them into my healthier day-to-day routines that Eric also helped me with.
A prime example: I started to meal prep on Sundays, so I can start off the week eating right. I also set weekly goals for myself, whether that is doing all the workouts for the week, going to sleep and waking up at certain times, or drinking enough water.
Starting off the week with these habits helped me stick to this program and become more consistent and disciplined.
With everything he’s taught me, I can say I’m not only a much better athlete, but I’m 100% a much better person off the field as well.
Mentally, I don’t think I’ve ever been stronger and believed in myself as much as I do today, and I thank Eric for that.
This program is not at all easy, but if you’re really looking to develop on and off the field, and willing to do the work and set time for workouts, sometimes two workouts a day, watch and read all the information Eric sends you and implement it, I highly recommend working with Eric. He’s a great trainer and an overall great person!

I was always increasing the weight in the gym every phase, and everything that Ric programmed for me had a clear transfer and purpose onto the field. Ric helped me realize how an athlete should be working in the gym, emphasizing recovery work just as much as the actual gym work and nutrition itself.
It all ties together to make your body work to its best ability. The program was very easy to understand with all the guided videos. If I didn’t understand anything, Ric would clarify everything and always give me the proper explanation of each phase to ensure I knew why I was doing what I was doing. After working with Ric, my role on the team has improved.
I have more aspects of my game to offer to the team and have become increasingly more confident on the pitch as a result. From coming off the bench in most games, I have become a more vital role player, beginning to start more games, not just in one team but many.
My performance on the field improved by becoming more technical on the ball, my weak foot has improved and has become more comfortable through the progressive ballwork phases, and just consistently using it in training and individual sessions. My first touch has also become much better than before, and I feel very comfortable on the ball.
The program definitely helped me develop good habits and routines, such as nighttime and daytime routines to ensure that my body knows it is ready for the day. It helped me create the proper warm-ups to make sure I am warm and ready to play without causing injury.
These habits helped me develop discipline and even more confidence in myself. The program also changed my view and relationship with food. I have more knowledge on the proper foods needed to fuel me for matches, training, etc., and the foods that are aligned with my goals.
I have incorporated the 90/10 rule into my diet because I want to have discipline, but if I don’t eat aligned with my goals, then I know it is not the end of the world, and I do not have to feel bad about it at all. I have much more knowledge and experience with foods that can help me feel good and perform better on the pitch. Eric, as a coach, was great; he was always there when I messaged him and if I needed him. If he doesn’t respond within a couple of minutes, he usually responds in a couple of hours.
I was able to come to him for anything (football, gym, or life-related), and I always knew he would be 100% honest with me about everything. Checking in weekly was very beneficial to let him know how I was doing in everything, and it helped me create a real relationship with someone I met on Instagram.

As a player on the skinnier side, I came to Eric looking to increase my strength and muscle mass to prepare myself for the demands of playing at a higher youth level and eventually college soccer.
He addressed any concerns that I had about the program and checked in on me weekly to help keep me on track to reach my goals. I also had some issues with my mobility before starting the program, especially in the hips and ankles.

As I am someone who has had two past ACL and Meniscus surgeries, I wanted to work with someone who would help me build my body back to balance and strength. The nutritional changes I have made through this program have been lifestyle changes to keep with me forever. From following the pre workout activations, to setting the parameters to my nutrition, improving my poor sleep habits and more. Around two years ago I fully transitioned into the adult game and found myself lacking in strength and explosiveness compared to most of my opponents. I knew I needed to improve my physical training outside of the pitch, but had no real understanding of how to do so in a way that translated to football. However, with the help of Eric and the incredible detail he puts into his coaching I was able to accomplish my goal and more. I went from 70 kg to 75 kg, thereby adding 5 kg of lean muscle. I increased my strength, my explosiveness, as well as my fitness, without it having a negative impact on my speed or agility, which truly helped me establish myself in the adult game.
His program is tough and requires a lot of work, but it is also very enjoyable and gets you results if you follow the blueprint. Doing the program helps you develop crucial habits for you as an athlete. It teaches you discipline and helps you build routines that will benefit you for the rest of your life. The program is easy to understand and simple to follow, there is no thinking required, only action.
Besides helping me with the physical side of the game, working with Eric helped form a technical perspective as well. The program includes a variety of different drills to help improve your confidence and comfort on the ball, which of course is crucial for a footballer.

I’ve gained far more than what I expected in terms of reaching my goals within the program. My speed and strength have increased massively while also gaining more flexibility and mobility than I thought was achievable for myself!
The program itself was extremely detailed and straight-forward which suited me very well! Ric’s direct and thorough approach was fantastic!
Another thing this program has changed is my mentality. I’ve found myself forming healthy habits that are now staples in my everyday such as daily stretching, nutrition balance and overall discipline!
On the subject of nutrition, I’ve become balanced but a much healthier eater than I was before this program! I learnt a lot about food intake and what is essential to the professional footballers diet while still eating the foods that I love!
Football-wise, I’ve improved in individual aspects of the game really
well, such as: dribbling, passing, and first touch. I became a starter for my 5-a-side team and more recently for a small 11-a-side club!
My first time passing has improved specifically and my dribbling and ball control became much more coordinated and fluid!

Looking back now I am very happy that I chose to apply and work with Eric because the results that I have achieved have been fantastic. I have lost 12 kg but have only gotten stronger in the gym and I am feeling faster and more explosive on the pitch. My knee is feeling great and I can play football without any pain or problems. I am in the best shape I have ever been and that is all thanks to Eric and his programme.
I really felt that all of the workouts were planned with a lot of attention to detail and what would work best for me and the goals I had. My workouts were tailored with my knee in mind and the exercises that Eric programmed for me really helped me restore the function and ability of my knee. The workouts were really tough but also very enjoyable and I never felt that the workouts were boring or too long. I don’t think any of the workouts lasted more than an hour which was great.
I have also learned a lot about nutrition, recovery, sleep and everything else that is necessary to feel good and perform well. It was great to learn about these subjects and understand how everything works instead of just following a blueprint. This is knowledge that will be very useful for me in the future.
It has also been great to be able to talk to Eric at any time if I have had any questions or concerns about my training or my body in general. This really separates Eric from other trainers that I have worked with.
Overall I am so happy that I chose to work with Eric and I highly recommend anyone to apply to his programme if you want the best help available to reach your goals.

I ended up losing body fat and gaining muscle which helped me become a more athletic player. The blueprint of workouts and nutritional advice he provides is so simple and easy to understand: yet it encompasses everything that needs to be done for you to reach your goals.
Undoubtedly I got better as an athlete but the biggest change I saw in myself came in other areas of my life. My productivity skyrocketed once we started working together. I started following a morning routine that required me to complete footwork drills, stretch, and read, every single morning. I did these every single day without fail. I began to schedule out my days and what needed to get done at certain times, drastically increasing the amount of tasks I completed in a given day. This discipline even affected my academics, I had always been an honor roll student, but once I started working with Eric I became so dialed in every aspect of life that I didn’t have a single class grade drop below a 97.
His easy to follow guidelines and principles for life, combined with his constant communication with you due to his commitment to helping you succeed creates an environment in which it’s actually extremely difficult in order to not improve in some way. I really don’t see Eric as simply a soccer coach, he is the ultimate life coach and has helped improve my life immensely.

I became quicker and much more mobile on the field since starting to stretch and do different types of mobility. The strength aspect really benefited me and I feel like it got me stronger and even more fit.
I became the fittest I have ever felt on the pitch. I feel like on the pitch I improved so much.
I became the highest goal scorer on my team and in high school I started every league game and put up very consistent performances.
I saw a good change in my mindset and some things that did help make my mind right were meditating and reading.
The nutrition piece was very big, on how Eric gave so many different options on different things to eat and when to eat them.
Over time I felt way more composed and just happier to be on the ball. I started to try to get on the ball way more and it benefitted both my team and myself.
Eric was awesome to have as a coach and as a friend. He always got back to me whether it was through email or WhatsApp. He was overall just a great person to have on my team and to have to help support me throughout my journey. After about a month I could really start seeing results. My strength had increased quite a bit and I had gained muscle and become leaner. I really noticed the strength increase when pre-season practice started and I found that I could push further off the wall on my flipturns than I had ever been able to before and the power from my kick had noticeably increased, so much so that my teammates called me out on it.
We just had our first swim meet and I am happy to say I had the fastest beginning season times I have ever had in my life! I have to say the RicFit meal plan was the best change for me. Like I said I had always struggled to put on weight and I went from 154lbs to 163lbs (and counting) in just over a month, mostly thanks to the meal plan!
Eric helped me realize that I wasn’t putting the right foods in the right portions into my body, and gave me the tools to achieve my goals. I could not have done it without him! Throughout the 6 months we have worked together, I have improved in every aspect of football, as well as in everyday life. In terms of football, I am stronger, faster, and more fit now than when we started working together. My top speed has improved noticeably, I have put on some muscle that I was lacking before, my muscular endurance has improved, and I feel much more confident on the pitch. Confidence was something I struggled with at the start of our time together, but it is something I no longer regularly struggle with. I am playing the best football I have ever played, and I am confident that it is only the beginning. This is due to the advice that Eric has given me, and the multitude of resources that he has shared with me.
The program is extremely easy to follow, and everything is laid out for you. If you do not see results, it is because you did not execute. The way Eric designs the plan ensures that you have no excuse to not put the work in. I also struggled with a few small injuries and illnesses for a few weeks, and I was sent modified versions of the workouts/training sessions that allowed me to continue to train. This attention to detail is something that is invaluable, and definitely makes the program unique.
Eric was always available for communication, and before I traveled abroad to play football, he reached out multiple times on the phone to give me advice, and to ensure that I was prepared. Working with Eric goes well beyond the surface level of “work” and it really becomes a relationship. The small details in the weekly emails and the phone calls made a big difference in what I got out of the program. Connecting on a personal level, and hearing his personal stories as they related to my experience was something that I did not expect when I applied for the program, but it shows the type of person Eric is. He genuinely wants the best for his clients, and it definitely shows.
I have developed mentally as well, and my discipline has improved dramatically. This benefits my football, as well as my life outside of football. Eric is an absolute machine. When we spoke on the phone, I knew we were going to be an unreal fit. His attention to detail in terms of my goals, habits, workout experience/preferences, nutritional knowledge was unbelievable.
He made note of so many different things to make sure we were creating a comprehensive program that would take me exactly where I needed to go and would make sure I was not only ready for the season, but would come in and dominate.
My path changed towards the end of our time together as I decided to stay in the US and start a family.
Eric had no problem shifting my goals and making a few small changes to the program.
At the end of our time together, I had reached such a high level of fitness, had dropped my body fat percentage to what was optimal for me (not always important in relation to being a good soccer player), I had increased my strength, and my mobility/flexibility was the best it had been in years.
I want to keep this simple so anyone who’s looking/thinking to get involved with Eric and wants to take their athletic/soccer/fitness journey to the next level knows exactly what to expect. Listed below are huge takeaways of things I’ve experienced with Eric.
The program is absolutely tailored towards your goals, and everything about the program is personalized. Eric’s attention to detail when creating these programs is second to none. Imagine having someone say, “Hey. I know where you want to go. I can help you get there. I’ve provided the map for you. All you must do is follow the path and stay on course. If you can do this all the way to the “x” I’ve marked on the map, I promise you’ll get there.” That’s exactly what these personalized programs are.
Another huge takeaway is Eric doesn’t make you dependent on him for knowledge. He’s always available to talk and answer questions, and he’s always providing you with resources to further your own learning.
He doesn’t hold anything back or make you feel like you will need to continue to go to him for the rest of your life. He provides you with as much material as you want and there’s tons of research to back up the information provided. He’s educating you not just for the amount of time you’re working together. He’s educating you for life.
Eric is in constant communication and is there for you for more than just soccer, nutrition, conditioning, etc. He genuinely cares about you as a human being and values meaningful relationships. In saying this, I’m not sure how many people reading this truly have a busy schedule in their day-to-day, but for Eric to take the time to be available for you in conjunction with what he has going on in his own life is unmatched. Finding a machine like him is extremely rare in this industry.
The last big takeaway from working with Eric is he’s a straight shooter. He’s not going to sit there and tell you what you want to hear. He’s working with you to help you reach your goals. He’s always going to be honest with you and tell you exactly what you NEED to hear so he can best help you continue to make progress toward whatever goal you’re trying to achieve.
I’ve had experience with personal trainers for other preseason preparations and Eric is by far the best.

I started working with Ric 9 months ago, and My experience has been unique.
When I began working with Ric, I was passing through a severe MCL injury and partying too much as a coping mechanism that affected my recovery, relationships, and grades. I could also say I was at a low point.
With Ric, we first focused on recovering my knee with specific workouts for my MCL that became part of my weekly routine. We also adapted a particular gym routine for soccer players that helped me reduce injuries, improve my speed and gain agility. On the other hand, he gave me some soccer drills during the week. These drills were simple and super effective, and another significant aspect of Ric’s program was the amount of information I learned about nutrition and wellness. With Ric, I could be creative with my food, and instead of doing a diet, I created a lifestyle that I can sustain in the long run. Last and I think my most prominent takeout from these nine months is my mentality change. Not just on the soccer field, I understood the value of mental and physical wellness. Also another significant aspect of having Ric is his adaptability when you need help with a minor injury, and he could cover all those little details.
Things I achieved with Ric:
-I overcame my MCL injury without having stepbacks
– Committed to a D2 school from a community college
– Became an outstanding student with a 4.2 GPA
– Played all games I had since then, all 90 minutes without injuries.
– I currently I’m part of a USL2 squad
– Have new personal projects going on besides soccer.

Hello Eric, I just wanted to start off by thanking you for these amazing past 6 months. I don’t know where to start, nor what to say. Man… I have seen change in every aspect of my life (yes life and not just football). Physically I was very weak and slow.
After 6 months of proper training and discipline (key aspect) I’m now able to keep up with guys much bigger than I am. I have gotten a lot faster as well. It’s crazy to think that these results are possible in only 6 months, which I why I’m very likely to continue the program for a longer period.
On the pitch I have been able to play like never before. I’m more confident on the ball. I can play 90 minutes. I can play all positions. I’ve performed in huge opportunities which I never thought I’d even be able to get in to. I still have a long way to go and a lot of work to put in as I am early in my career. However, these past 6 months were a very good start to see how serious I’d have to be to get where I want to go.
Mentally I have changed a lot. I now think of things I can’t do as a “challenge” rather than a “barrier”. I have dialed my self to wake up early. Go to the Gym early. Stay focused off the pitch. This game is very beautiful, yet has a very bumpy journey. You have to be prepared physically and mentally for what life (not just football) throws at you. There are a lot of highs and lows in chasing your dream (unfortunately more lows hahahaha) however one must stay positive. Something I’d like to point it out while working with Eric was discipline. First off I have no clue how this man does what he does hahahaha. Makes you think this man has a different type of 24 hours. This is the standard that I was held up to this past period.
Moving into nutrition, man have we been lied too lol. Nutrition isn’t just about what you eat, it’s also your relation with food. I was enlightened with MANY (yes MANY) tips and tricks about nutrition. It literally can determine how you perform. This shows how much my boy Ric emphasizes on basics (he just takes it up a notch hahaha). He would focus on basic topics and would dive into many beneficial aspects. Rather than just give many topics and give bland explanations. For example he’d focus on sleeping, eating well, stretching (a lot of stretching), obviously a fresh trim hahahaha,etc. with lots of details
The ball mastery aspect of the program sharpens your basics. I definitely seen less mistakes in my game. It’s something that may not look the most fun, but very rewarding.
As I said earlier I genuinely don’t know how this man runs his account, runs his program, launching an amazing app soon, responds in a veryyyy reasonable time period…. While he also has his own training/own season going on. I loved the communication process. It wasn’t “annoying”, as in always texting/emailing about nonsense. It was very straightforward and will cover what we need. He communicated with me on damn near every type of social media lol. He also respects people’s privacy, beliefs, and current situation.
Somethings I personally will always have from now on are discipline alongside faith. I now know that hey maybe I can reach my goals with hard work. I have never had anyone guide me before, so to see results means I gotta be heading in the right direction. To sum up these past 6 months in a quote… “The sky is the limit” literally lol. So I simply bulked up like a bodybuilder would do. But that was the worst mistake I ever made. I gained weight too quickly and got knee problems because of the stress on the knees when training every day on the pitch and in the gym.
Eric showed me how footballers should train in the gym, how to include plyometrics, how to recover and how to eat properly. You can have the best training plan in the world but when you eat like a kid, it’s almost useless! In addition, I started focusing on routines. I got to bed early, slept 8+ hours every night and fairly improved in every aspect of life because of more energy and learning how to structure my day. By journaling through the process, you realize that step-by-step, your strength and football ability gets better and better.
Unfortunately, my knees got worse again when I excessively trained on turf, but it took Ric 2 days to work on a new phase in my program that focused on strengthening the knees and muscles around the knee. After a long time, I finally managed to be back on the pitch! We still managed to get stronger and faster than I’ve ever been before.

In addition, I wanted to work with Eric since I saw that he has experience with both US and European soccer, which was what I was after. At first, I was skeptical about investing my money into the RicFit program, but now I am convinced that it is worth it.
As a result of working with Eric, I have not only developed my soccer knowledge but I have also gained knowledge about how to exercise like an athlete and how to recover properly so that I can perform well on my next session.
Although the workouts were challenging, I managed the past six months with Eric to become more muscular and lean with lean muscle mass, and also significantly more explosive on the pitch. The exercises were set up well by having me start with body weight, which really helped me in the subsequent phases I did with him, which led to me becoming stronger than I would have expected. The other thing I would like to touch on is the nutrition and mindset advice he gave me which helped me, even more, to become more confident on the field since I no longer had to make any nerve-racking decisions and my diet was awful at the beginning and Eric helped me clean it up and eat like an athlete, i.e. eat for performance rather than aesthetics.
With Eric’s help, I went from 169 pounds to 176 pounds, which I feel stronger, faster, leaner, bigger, and I get a lot more compliments from people and girls as well. I also received help from Eric to fix my knee injury which I have been suffering from for three years by giving me rehab exercises. These exercises have greatly improved my ability to play soccer, and I can now play more than ever before.
Last but not least, I’d like to say that because of Eric, I have been able to get my name out in my province and I’ve been able to get my passion back for soccer and prevented myself from quitting on my dreams of becoming a pro. It was a blessing for me to have Eric as my trainer and also as a friend when I had tough times with the sickness. He was always there for me and I knew I could count on him. I didn’t have anyone else to talk to except him, so his presence was a blessing for me for sure.

Eric helped me build a healthy relationship with food which completely changed the game. He made it so simple to stick to healthy foods. With Eric being so good at understanding fitness and what it takes to get an athlete to perform, he also understands key aspects to unlocking your genetic potential with his holistic approach to training. Whether it be nutrition, meditation, sleep, morning and nightly routines, he knows that what you do off the pitch is as important if not more important than what you do on the pitch. He is the ultimate trainer. He will get you right no matter what area of your life you are looking to improve.
At the end of his training I feel so much more confident on the pitch and in life. I have gotten stronger, more consistent, become a better footballer, and the most important thing is that Eric has taught me how to get better at getting better. During this entire process Eric has been in constant communication with me, pushing me and checking up on me. I’ve not only learned a ton about my body and being a footballer but also about life and how everything ties together.
There have been some very challenging workouts. There have been some ups and downs with small injuries, but Eric was understanding and tried helping me get back as quickly as possible.
Working together for 6+ months was definitely a huge benefit, where we built up a base and then worked up to becoming faster, stronger and more explosive. We also worked on my technique, becoming more confident and comfortable on the ball. During this entire process Ric has been in communication with me. I’ve learned a ton about my body, what it needs to recover and how much more I can actually push myself. There have been some very challenging moments along the way. Understanding how to properly manage a work/life balance, adjusting to a new team and establishing your role as a leader. Working together for 6+ months was definitely a huge benefit as we were really able to focus on building the body up through certain phases.
Other aspects that helped were nutrition, mindfulness, sleep, and overall well-being is what really separates Eric from most online trainers. The most important aspect Ric emphasized with me is my lifestyle choices. He took time to carefully get to know me and understand where my life was in the beginning of our journey and created a playbook for me on how I can get to where my goals are in a sustainable fashion. I’ve become more mindful with my food and I really credit Eric for helping me with that. Overall I went from 178 to 170 pounds in and feel leaner, stronger, and better than ever when it comes to movement and playing. Recovery has also been key in this. A few times I picked up minor injuries and he worked with me on rehabbing those while adapting and still moving forward in my workouts.
Being very purposeful and intentional in the little details. Even more, I’ve gained a great friend and a brother for life. Thanks Ric. I highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about pushing themselves to the next level in their game and mind.

As a futbol player, I wanted to get better physically, along with building some muscle to prevent injury. Eric was able to help me accomplish this and much more! He built programs around my goals and helped me manage the correct nutrients I needed to put into my body to perform my best. Please understand, none of the workouts were simple and easy. Each one progressively got harder which helped me understand how much I could actually push my body.

Hello, my name is Osmand Munoz, I am a 27-Year-old Right back Defender/ Center Defensive Midfielder. I started to work with Eric a couple months ago. The reason I came to Eric was from watching a story on Instagram from My friend Joshua Despina who follows Eric.
I saw that Eric had a ton of very good videos online about what workouts to do and how to get locked in and focused on specific ball touches and nutrition. That was the key thing that locked me to Eric. I do not come from a healthy point of view; I would eat just about anything. With Eric, I learned how to eat and always think about what the reason is I am putting the food into my body. The reason behind it was always to fuel me and be ready for practice and games. I have also had a lot of injuries which I explained to Eric. My most recent one was a level 2 ankle sprain in the fall of 2019. After that injury, I spent months away from the game recovering slowly and eating unhealthily. But when I truly wanted to lock in and commit to changing myself and my body, I came to Eric.
When I explained everything to Eric, he made a program with the pure intentions of making you the best version of yourself. He really makes you work for it.
During the entire process it was always reinforced how protein and veggies and healthy complex carbs are ideal for my diet. He showed me how to implement these in a healthy and sustainable way. This was key for me because now when I look at menus when I go out to eat, I choose the healthy choice and not the greasy food that is not good for my mind and body. After one month I started to pick this up more and more. Everything that Eric showed me with his food guides and the recipes really brought a whole new taste in food. Cutting out foods and replacing it with healthier alternatives and more fruits and vegetables. When it came to recovery days, I didn’t know how to properly foam roll or stretch to make me a better athlete. With his recovery method, I became much calmer, more relaxed and stayed away from injury. Eric showed me the best ways to stretch & warm up before matches and get into game mode to make myself ready for games. The biggest thing Eric helped me with was my confidence. Eric showed me to become confident in myself, which was very tough in the beginning, especially after an Injury. This was a huge thing for me, as he believes in you and pushes you every single day to make yourself better, which helped me so much mentally and physically.
I went from 217 to 194 in 6 months with Eric and I can truly feel it on the pitch. Like he always says, the gym is just a way to get in there and focus on the right movements that you will use in games. You’re in the gym focus on becoming a better footballer, not to be a gym head.
Eric has the purest intentions to not only make you the best version of yourself, but he shows you with tough love and with knowledge. This isn’t something a lot of personal trainers do. Most personal trainers give you a workout and don’t truly care about your development. Eric does his coaching with a passion and this is why I recommend this coach. He is now a brother and good friend of mine.

As I’m now stepping into the senior football scene in Norway it has been great to become stronger and gain muscle.
As an example, I can now match many more of my opponent’s physiques and for example, challenge them on the shoulder-to-shoulder challenges.
I was known for being more of a slow-paced footballer, but as I progressed with the speed workouts, I am now considered one of the faster players on my current team!
When it comes to the technique drills it has helped me feel like the ball is glued to my feet. I have always been comfortable with the ball, but continuously repeating these technical drills you get the feeling that you can’t lose the ball.
The program was easy to understand, and each month when Eric sent me new exercises I usually spent 1 day writing down all the exercises on my phone and memorizing each exercise.
I started working with Eric playing junior football. I did not make it into the senior team at that club. I was also struggling with a little injury which ruined some of my chances of making it into their senior team. I now play for another team but on the senior level and with everything I have learned from this program from nutrition, recovery to workouts I am looking forward to playing football on this new level of difficulty.

During the entire process, Eric had maintained communication with me. He was always available to answer any questions I had about the workouts or movements and also supported me when things got difficult. He holds his clients accountable for their actions which ultimately pushed me to get through it without making excuses.
I enjoyed all of the workouts he created for me. They were all challenging but you are able to see the improvements every week as long as you stick to it. There were times I didn’t notice much improvement but just trusting the process and putting my faith in Eric showed that these results are not something that happens quickly. His phases address your goal and focus on improving in that specific area which has been the best workouts anyone could ask for.
He not only helps you with workouts but he offers a lot of information and advice about other things like nutrition, mindfulness, sleep, and overall well-being. He truly cares about his clients and their success not only in the gym but in everything they do which is something that is hard to find with other online trainers. Thanks to Eric, I have become more aware of my nutrition and how everything really affects my day starting with good sleep to a good morning routine to consistency which is what he preaches a lot.
Overall, I feel a lot better with my movements. I have become a lot stronger and my movements on the field or in the gym have significantly improved. I have kicked out a lot of bad habits and will continue to apply everything I have learned from him. I would constantly get injured when playing but since I started working with Eric he helped me to get over the injuries and since then I have been able to avoid injuries more than ever. There has been so much he has done for me to strengthen those areas and avoid injuries.

It is a change in lifestyle rather than just following the workout and hope a quick result. As Eric always said ‘’Real change takes times”, it is lame but it is true indeed. At the start of each phase, Eric and I usually have a phone call talking about how the previous phase went, what’s work and what doesn’t work, then we move on to the goal of the next phase, like building more strength or getting match fit. His work ethic and methods he has are just extraordinary. I started playing soccer from my early years and played at the highest levels (Indian national team u15 & u17) playing in tournaments in different countries all around the world for some years.
Due to some injuries and other things, I got totally away from football and saw myself as a skinny guy who nobody trusts in and to be very frank, I also started doubting myself as i was not at all in shape and clearly lacked the motivation to go back playing soccer. After following Eric , I found my desire to continue playing soccer and I chose to join Eric’s Elite 1 on 1 Program.
During the entire process, Eric was always there to communicate with me.
Whether I had a question about my workouts or my diet , he was always there and gave me the best advice possible.
He holds his clients accountable and he told me that before I joined his program, so we both gave our best to reach towards my goals and so I didn’t give any excuses. I enjoyed all my workouts he created for me and especially the ball work sessions.
Initially, I thought they are just basic things but after doing it for a few weeks, I was able to see results on the field. I felt quicker, more fluid and confident.

He really understands my goals and came up with a complete plan which can directly hit my goals and make me feel good about myself at the same time.
He doesn’t only help in the workout sessions and ballwork sessions but I also gained a lot of information about my diet, nutrition, movements etc.
He showed me that how minor things done right can influence my game a lot and help me be at my best. He always stressed for movements and techniques to be done right rather than just lifting heavy to lift heavy. Overall, I feel a lot better with my technique, strength, movement on the field and how I feel with my diet.
I have become a lot stronger and my movements on the field or in the gym have improved a lot. Finally, I can say that I am on the right path towards my goals and all the credit goes to Eric who made me believe again that I have what it takes and if i keep following his advice and continue to be disciplined that one day i will achieve my goals. I also learned a lot about how to avoid injuries, as he always gives reasons behind his methods which I loved about every single phase.
Finally, I would like to say thank you Eric and I will always be thankful to you as a trainer and as a very good friend of mine that you finally helped me get over my insecurities and doubts and made me a better version of myself. From the first time we talked, I knew he was the real deal. Eventually, I felt I needed help and that I couldn’t do it alone anymore. I applied to his 1 on 1 program and he accepted me! He broke down my plan into several areas, which were: the gym workouts, ball work, and nutrition. They were completely tailored and individualized to me.

But quickly, once I started with Eric, I noticed progress not only on my muscles and body composition, but my overall fitness too. I was loosened up, felt more nimble, and was able to make cuts and runs on the pitch that before I didn’t think I could. No matter the sport, or the goal, I am confident to say that Eric’s program will get you there, but not fast. These things take time, patience, and dedication, all of which I lacked before. No supplements got me here, except whey and some caffeine when sluggish.
There was no special workout that began given me cuts. It was all a process, that when put on paper and stuck to, paid off in the end. I cam to Eric weighing 187, rep benching barely 185 , and squatting around 225 rep on good days. 6+ months later I weigh 203, Bench rep 225, and my squat rep is 275. Ontop of that my core is stronger than its ever been, and all while still maintaining my flexibility. There’s no promise this will happen to you unless you commit to it. Its a series of waves, some highs, and for sure some lows, but you’ll always be improving with RicFit.

When we started to work together he told me right away that my results are his results, and that’s the way it is, as long as I did the best I could and was honest with him, he did his best to help me improve in all the possible ways there are.
We had weekly contact through email and it isn’t only the workouts he sends me, he also tries to teach you things along the way. Every week he sends you videos and files on the mind, body and nutrition.
These 6 months of work have been a lot of fun but also a lot of hard work and required a lot of discipline. You learn to set goals and strive every single day to reach them. There are a lot of challenging workouts that I was not familiar with which made me a lot stronger physically and mentally.

I went through some injuries, COVID and some other issues, and when I needed to talk, Ric called me right away and tried to make me feel better and find a way to see through these problems and find a new perspective for them. I wanted real, lasting results. I am also very disciplined, and all of the coaches or trainers that offered these programs never really seem to care about you or your results. They just want your money. I also have a genealogy of knee problems that I have avoided so far, and really wanted to strengthen my knees to continue to prevent those. Ric is very attentive to details, and you can truly tell that he cares, because your results are his results.
I also really wanted to get faster and stronger. Being only 5 foot 6 as a fullback isn’t the norm, but I knew it was possible. The workouts were hard, and I didn’t always want to do them. But as long as I wasn’t sick or injured, I forced myself to go to the gym and get my workout in because that was how I would see results. They aren’t incredibly time consuming; only an hour to an hour and a half each session. But in these last 6 months, I have seen a change that took me all of high school to find on my own. Through these workouts, I’ve seen my progress on the pitch, and I have the confidence to keep up with grown men much taller and bigger than I am.
One of the biggest things I took from his program was nutrition. I learned that eating healthy does not mean eating bland chicken, rice, and broccoli 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. I can eat incredibly delicious food and look forward to each meal without stressing about my goals. I also learned about the importance of sleep, recovery, and stretching/mobility. This is truly what sets Ric apart from the rest, and what can separate you from the crowd as a footballer.
Overall I stayed about the same weight, gaining only 2 or 3 pounds, but I lost a lot of body fat and put on a lot of muscle. In the mirror I look a lot better than I ever have, and I have so much more energy than before. I feel stronger and faster than before, while putting on muscle at the same time.
To Ric, there’s no words to describe how grateful I am and how much I have learned from you these past 6 months. To anyone trying to play at the next level, there is no one better to go to than the man himself. Ric is a true friend and wants you to succeed just as badly if not more than you do.

From the first stage though, the biggest thing I noticed was freedom of movement in my hips. I was able to go into a deep squat comfortably for one of the first times in my life. I think that was one of the keys to increasing a lot of my mobility and quickness. The focus on the core work and the control of my body that I felt from it was night and day. I would say it was almost a new body for me to play with. Although I never got to test myself in a competitive aspect against others I just felt and feel better in everyday life. My leg was more defined, I didn’t lose enough weight to see my abs but I have no doubt that if I start the program again they’ll appear.
I would recommend your program to anyone because it trains your body to do proper movements without much weight. It taught me that one clean rep with proper form speed and control yields better results then squatting 400 pounds with improper form.
Once through surgery and PT I will return to your program because for the 6 weeks I was on it I saw and felt results.

But, due to a concussion and some other stuff, I got off the grind for a while. I withdrew from college, and I am now training as hard as I can to play d1 again.
When I start working and getting some money I will so try to be back in the RicFit army.
