You need to be disciplined, dedicated, and willing to commit for at least 6 months before I even consider working with you.

I hold myself to a very high standard, so I will also hold you to that standard.

I know that I can make you feel, look, move, and perform better than you ever have! I understand that you don’t live close by… everything can be done online. You can train from wherever you are, whenever you want, and have full access to me!

I will be the CEO of your body.

You will not have to do any thinking. I will lay out the blueprint. All you have to do is execute.

What You Will Get From My Program:

1. My One-on-One Coaching Program is 100% individualized for you, which will allow you to succeed as a footballer and advance your career.

You will get a plan tailored to you and your goals/what you want to work on and on your past injury history.

I will be there for you; to hold you accountable and keep you motivated to keep moving forward.

If you are tempted to give up, I will be there to light a fire under your ass and make sure you don’t give up!

2. You will have 24/7 Access to me and my coaching via email so you can reach out to me whenever you have questions or need my help.

We can also get on the phone whenever you have a question you need to go more into detail about or you need advice about your football career and how to approach certain situations.

3. My program requires a minimum 6-month commitment.

This will allow you to see real, lasting, results, and for us to build a true friendship together.

4. This program is structured, so you will train in the gym 2-5 days per week (depending on your team schedule and goals).

You will train your cardiovascular system 1-5 days per week (depending on work load) so you can be the fittest player on the pitch every time you step on.

You will get faster, stronger, become more powerful, build muscle, steer clear of injury and become a better functioning athlete and human so you can always be available for your team when they need you to win big games.

5. We will develop a nutrition plan centered around your goals and your lifestyle.

This will allow you to develop a better relationship with food and help you perform better than anyone else when you step onto the pitch so you can feel light, quick, athletic, and well-fueled.

6. You will be given a new technical training program every single month

So you can be more comfortable and confident on the ball, allowing you to dictate the flow of the game.

7. Every single week, you will receive a new RicFit coaching video (from my seventy-video library).

My goal is to teach you everything I’ve learned in 11 years obsessively studying how to optimize the body in 6 months.

These videos will teach you how to optimize your mindset, habits and routines, so you can take full responsibility for your health and fitness.

9. Through my program you will learn to optimize your time.

And be more productive, which will allow you to have the energy and free time to do what you love to do.
