About Eric:
Eric Friedander is a FIFA Licensed Agent (#202507-10431), founder of RicFit, former professional footballer, and former General Manager of FK Metta.
Spent 11 years playing across five countries, competing in different football cultures, systems, and environments.
Before that journey ended, football had already taught him the lessons that would shape the rest of his life: discipline, resilience, patience, and the ability to keep moving forward when nobody was watching.
After retiring from professional football, he became General Manager of FK Metta, one of the Baltic region’s most respected player-development clubs.
Built around youth development, Metta has established a reputation for producing and developing players who have gone on to top European environments, including Parma, Spezia, RB Leipzig, Empoli, Rapid Wien, Atlético Madrid B, and senior national teams.
The club has helped develop players such as Dario Šits (Parma), Raimonds Krollis (Spezia), Kristaps Grabovskis (RB Leipzig and Rapid Wien), and Dmitrijs Zelenkovs (Empoli), reinforcing its position as one of the region’s leading talent-development organizations.
Throughout his career, he’s seen both sides of the game: the player fighting for opportunities and the decision-maker responsible for identifying talent.
