Client Check In Full time college student at Texas A& M in aerospace engineering and also a rugby player. His desire is to play professional rugby. We talk mentality, movement, nutrition, and sleep and how much he eats on the RicFit Plan. He is eating more food than he ever has. He has learned to start focusing on movements instead of muscles, and he feels like it’s “shocking” his body and he is performing much better. He has never had a stronger core than he does now.
