We both know that there is nothing better than a good quality pancake in the morning..

I mean, come on, I’m American, pancakes are in our DNA.

Though, I wouldn’t say pancakes are the best thing to eat consistently if you’re trying to get into elite shape.

I mean once in a while, go for that huge stack of pancakes with syrup and butter on it, but more often than not, it would be awesome to make your own healthy pancakes, wouldn’t it..

So, let me walk you through how to make the best protein pancakes in 5 minutes:

The Ingredients You’ll Need (for 1 pancake): 

2 Organic Eggs

½ Banana (optional other half)

1 TBSP Organic Unsweetened Apple Sauce

1 TBSP of Plain Greek Yogurt

½ Scoop of your favorite protein powder

1 TBSP of Oatmeal

Dash of Cinnamon

Dash of Almond Milk

Handful of Blueberries (optional)

How to:

  1. Use a blender/food processor or bowl and a fork.
  2. Add 2 organic eggs to the blender.
  3. Add ½ Banana, 1 TBSP of Organic Unsweetened Apple Sauce.
  4. Add 1 TBSP of Plain Greek Yogurt.
  5. Add ½ Scoop of your favorite protein powder (I rock with Sun Warrior Chocolate Vegan Protein).
  6. Add 1 TBSP of Oatmeal and a dash of Cinnamon and Almond Milk.
  7. Next, grab yourself a pan, spray or add a bit of olive oil.
  8. Blend your ingredients.
  9. Open the blender, toss it in the pan.
  10. Let it cook and fluff.
  11. Toss in an optional handful of blueberries and half a banana.
  12. Serve on a plate.
  13. Top with Greek Yogurt and a bit of cinnamon.
  14. Enjoy the deliciousness!

300-400 Calories

10 Grams of Fat

20-30 Grams of Carbohydrates

20-25 Grams of Protein
