I first got Eric’s bodyweight program because I knew I would not have access to a gym for 3 weeks. So I started the program and after 3 weeks I was hooked. Even when I regained access to a gym, I continued the program with 100% commitment and discipline.

For me there are two great strengths with this program, convenience and impact.

With this program you literally have no excuses not to do it(other than injury), it is possible to do anywhere because it includes no equipment and with focus and efficiency it can be done in under one hour. When I did not have a gym I would do the workout in my bedroom or the front yard. Amazing convenience, but can also be done properly in a gym setting.

The second great benefit was impact. By impact I mean how its changing my performance on the pitch. I feel extremely mobile and my movement is more fluid. My agility and explosiveness improved and keeps improving. Overall it makes you much more athletic assuming you put full intensity into the work.

Of course the program is great but it does not do much without proper nutrition and lifestyle out of the gym. I recommend doing other activity as well as the program, for me it is football. You need to be eating properly which you can learn all about from RicFit. As long as you stay disciplined and committed to 3 times a week and stick to a healthy lifestyle, you’re good.

I recommend this program for anyone looking to improve themselves. Specifically it is great for athletes in season where weights might put too much stress on your muscles. Also great for beginners to fitness to build a solid foundation.

Outside of the program, Eric is very helpful if you ask him directly on social media, and almost any advice can be found on his social media.

Without a doubt I would buy this program if you cant afford his personal coaching service.
