-Includes a dynamic warmup & 2 recovery sessions to do on days’ off to help you recover quicker!

-The program gets progressively harder each week!

    I completed this program and I can say even after the first week, I felt sharper and more composed on the ball. Each week is progressively more difficult, excellent challenge. Make sure to read everything on it, you’ll get the full experience. Benefits anybody to sharpen or improve their comfort on the ball.👍 ⭐️
