May 1st was yesterday, which means NEW MONTH, NEW GOALS. You should have a clear picture in your head of what you want to achieve this month.

If you haven’t done that yet, it is time to get yourself out a piece of paper and a pen and write those goals down. The best way to get things done is to see them happening before they even happen!

  1. Burpees:

-Beginners: 30-45 Seconds

-Experts: 60-90 Seconds

2. Prone T Isometric:

-Beginners: 30-45 Seconds

-Experts: 60-90 Seconds

3. Spiderman Pushups:

-Beginners: 4-6 Pushups Each Side

-Experts: 8-15 Pushups Each Side

4. Quarter Squats:

-Beginners: 20-30 Seconds as Fast as You Can.

-Experts: 35-45 Seconds as Fast as You Can.

5. Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold:

-Beginners: 20-30 Seconds

-Experts: 40-90 Seconds

6. Bicycle Crunches:

-Beginners: 30-45 Seconds

-Experts: 60-90 Seconds
